We currently ship to:
- Malaysia (West & East)
- Selected international countries (subject to courier availability)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Rates
Flat Rate within Malaysia: RM8 – RM15 (depending on location & courier)
Free Shipping: On orders above RM150 (within Malaysia only)
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience delays, lost parcels, or damaged items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date)

- Include your order number and tracking number for faster resolution
We will assist in liaising with the courier, but please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
