Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds
